Are there cracks in the bowl? If there are, this
is bad because over time, this could develop in to a leak
Does the toilet bowl match with the cistern? If
it does not it may be a cut and shut toilet, and these should be avoided at all
costs. The effects of this may be devastating
Does the flush handle feel comfortable? You
should never buy a toilet that you do not feel comfortable using
Check the pan Never buy a toilet that shows
signs of skids
Give the toilet a flush Is the flush powerful
enough to remove all signs of bog roll and floaters?
Is the seat loose? If it is you may slip off of
the toilet in mid action, causing messy results
Is the colour of the toilet original? If it has
been resprayed the job may have not been done well and it may not be done well
and it may begin to bubble and peel and look inferior
Always check inside the cistern for rust of moving
parts You dont want any of it falling apart now do you?
